Our practice provides legal assistance to entities operating in the sports market, which includes:
  • Formation of sports companies (ie. joint-stock companies) in accordance with the Polish Physical Culture Act;
  • Representing sports companies before the Polish sports associations, the Head of Polish Sports Confederation, and international federations;
  • Representing sports companies in litigation before the permanent arbitration courts at Polish sports associations;
  • Consulting, drafting and negotiating professional sports contracts or transfer contracts with players;
  • Drafting and negotiation of sponsoring contracts;
  • Drafting and negotiation of contracts for rights to broadcast sports events through electronic media.
