WKB provides a full range of services to assist in real estate transactions and projects. We advise to develop the best schemes for property purchases, transaction security and project financing. WKB's Real Estate team provides consultation on building law, administrative law and civil law. Our lawyers gained their thorough expertise while working on complex domestic and international projects.

WKB's real estate team will assist clients at each stage of the project, starting from land acquisition, through preparation and management of the construction work, commissioning, to sale of property or commercialization of a shopping space. WKB's Real Estate team has broad experience in contract drafting, including leases, in relation to both office and commercial projects. We represent our clients in negotiating all kinds of contracts and in all kinds of court or arbitration proceedings.

Project management is provided on a comprehensive basis. We ensure liaison between relevant specialists by forming project teams consisting of professionals, such as tax advisors and lawyers specializing in project finance and banking relations.
